Scientifically distilled small batch South African Gin

This Spice Gin is a complex, well-balanced, winter London Dry Gin. It's a celebration of the South African spice palate, using Black Pepper, Grains of Paradise, Coriander, Cardamom and a lot more to create one of the most unique gins available. Its complexity lends itself to the most ardent gin enthusiast.

This gin recipe was created in December 2016 by Gin enthusiasts Matt Van Wyk, Richard Kolbe and their secret distilling Scientist whose name must remain well, a secret!

Ginologist is a young premium award winning South African gin brand, manufactured in Johannesburg. In the 2 years of Ginologist existence they have collected an astonishing 9 medals at the Michelangelo Awards, SA Women’s Wine & Spirits Awards and the International Wine & Spirits Competition in London.

Botanicals: Macedonian Juniper, Ashanti Pepper, Grains of Paradise, Coriander, Cardamon,Cassia and 9 other that we do not disclose

Nose: A complex array of peppers and mouth filling coriander and cardamon with a touch of cinnamon

Pallet: Juniper led, London Dry with a clean and smooth taste. The unique and bespoke flavours coat the mouth and tongue with convivial appeal

Finish: Extremely long with a mouth watering warmth
