Scientifically distilled small batch South African Gin

This Citrus Gin was the toughest of the Ginologist range to crack. Sights were set to differentiate this Citrus Gin from every other gin out there. The triad of lead botanicals are: Lemon, Lime and Grapefruit. The whole of the fruits are used not just the zest, this creates a smoother and well balanced gin.

This gin recipe was created in December 2016 by Gin enthusiasts Matt Van Wyk, Richard Kolbe and their secret distilling Scientist whose name must remain well, a secret!

Ginologist is a young premium award winning South African gin brand, manufactured in Johannesburg. In the 2 years of Ginologist existence they have collected an astonishing 9 medals at the Michelangelo Awards, SA Women’s Wine & Spirits Awards and the International Wine & Spirits Competition in London.
