Just like its sister product Malus Danica Barrique; the wine is made from ripe apples that are immediately frozen into an apple pulp which is allow to defrost slowly. The sweet highly concentrated apple syrup captured is captured. It is then cold fermented for at least 12 months in order create this special drink.
Served cold and makes a great accompaniment to cheese or simply sip and enjoy.
